Cooking Ingredients ( 2 Person Serves )

Slice Pork ~ 100g

Salt Pepper ~ Approximately Amount

Salad Leaf ~ 3 Pieces

Spring Onion ~ 5 Pieces

 

Seasoning Sauce

Miso ~ 2 TableSpoons

Sesame Oil ~ 1 TableSpoon

Yuzu or Lemon ~ 1 TableSpoon

Ponzu ~ 2 TableSpoons

Cooking Instructions

  1. Make the sauce by combining miso, sesame oil, sudachi fruit juice, and ponzu sauce.
  2. Lightly salt and pepper the pork and fry it on both sides in a frying pan lightly coated with salad oil (not listed). Once baked, spread a thin layer of the sauce from step.1.
  3. Slice salad leaf and all-purpose green onion into 3cm pieces and place on top of step.2, then top with the rest of step.1. Wrap vegetables with meat and enjoy.

  • We used dashi stock that is limited to the production area. Uses ``Ichiban dashi'' made from Yaizu bonito flakes. This is the first soup stock extracted from bonito flakes at our own factory, and is characterized by its high aroma. Contains our limited Yaizu bonito flakes and Rishiri kelp, which have been popular for a long time.
