Cooking Instructions
- Make the sauce by combining miso, sesame oil, sudachi fruit juice, and ponzu sauce.
- Lightly salt and pepper the pork and fry it on both sides in a frying pan lightly coated with salad oil (not listed). Once baked, spread a thin layer of the sauce from step.1.
- Slice salad leaf and all-purpose green onion into 3cm pieces and place on top of step.2, then top with the rest of step.1. Wrap vegetables with meat and enjoy.
