Seasoning

Marukome fresh miso liquid ~ 5 Tablespoons

Sea Bream Miso ~ 5 Tablespoons

Water ~ 600cc

Salt ~ A little

 

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cut the sea bream into bite-sized pieces, remove the bones, sprinkle with salt, and grill on a fish grill.
  2. Peel the turnip and cut into wedges.
  3. Cut the mitsuba into 1cm long pieces.
  4. Pour water into a pot, add ②, turn on the heat, and simmer over low heat until the turnips are soft.
