Cooking Instructions

  1. Cut the thinly sliced ​​pork into bite-sized pieces, cut the pumpkin into 5mm-thick wedges, cut the Chinese cabbage into chunks, and cut the radish and carrot into small pieces.
  2. Separate the shimeji mushrooms and cut the fried tofu into 1cm wide pieces.
  3. Add water and ingredients that are difficult to cook in a pot, and once the vegetables are cooked, add the ``liquid miso pork'' and simmer until tender.
