Chicken thighs - 2 pieces (250g - 300g each)

Water ~ 100ml

Salad Oils - 1 tablespoons

 

Cooking Instruction

  1. Spread the crispy powder only on the skin of the meat.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Place it skin side down cover and bake.
  3. When the skin is browned , turn off the heat and wipe off excess oil. Flip the meat over and the the heat on again. Grill until the meat cooked through.
  4. Mix green onion salt sauce base with 100ml of water. Use in step 6
  5. Remove the meat, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and plate it. Mix the green onion and salt sauce again well and add it to the frying pan. Cook over medium heat  for about 2 minutes, and when it thickens pour it over the meat.
  6. After pouring the sauce, please consume as soon as possible.
