Cooking Ingredients

  • Chicken Tight With Skin ~ 2 pieces ( 300g)

  • Water ~ 100 lm

  • Salad oil ~ 1 Table Spoon

 

Cooking Instruction

  1. Sprinkle all the "crispy powder" evenly on the skin of the meat, .
  2. Heat oil in a fry pan. Place the skin side down, cover and bake. Check color halfway through!
  3. When the skin browned . Turn it over and cook.

 

Prepare Sauce

  1. Mix the 100ml water with flavoured soy sauce base.
  2. Put the sauce base in fry pan, medium heat for about 2 minutes, and when it thickness pour it over the meat.
