1 pack Thinly Sliced Pork Loin ~ (about 400g)
Ebara Ginger Grilled Sauce Flour ~ 75g (approx. 1/3)
Wheat Flour ~ suitable
Garnish
Frill lettuce, mini tomato ~ suitable
How to cook
- While keeping the pork in the tray container, sprinkle it lightly with flour,
- cover with plastic wrap, and press firmly to remove air.
- Turn the tray container from (1) upside down on the frying pan and place the pork on top.
- Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the surface of the pork, then heat over medium-high heat.
- When it's golden brown, turn it over, cover, and steam-fry for about 3 minutesover medium-low heat.
- Wipe off the excess fat with kitchen paper, add the ginger sauce, stir fry, and it's done.
- Please enjoy with garnishes of your preference.
