Chicken Thigh ~ 2 pieces

Chicken karaage Marinated Sauce ~ 55g

Potato Starch ~ 5 Table Spoons

Frying Oil ~ Appropriate amount

 

How to cook

  1. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Put (1) in a polyethylene bag, add ``Chicken karaage Marinated Sauce'', remove the air from polyethylene bag , and soak for about 15 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with potato starch and coat.
