Preparation Ingredients (Serves 3)

* Chicken (thighs) 200g

* fried tofu 2 pieces

* Silken tofu 250g

* Chinese cabbage 250g

* shirataki 100g

* carrot optional

* shimeji mushroom 1 bag

* spring onion 100g

* chive 100g

* cabbage 250g

 

Cooking Procedure

  1. Pour the soupbase into a pot and bring to a boil.

  2. Add meat first.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Serve in a bowl and ready to enjoy!
